EVENTS 

I love the process of producing events and bringing people together.  From live radio remotes to supporting media upfronts, it is always a celebration!

My experience in ideation, planning and execution has been recognized and rewarded.      ​

Here is a brief summary of my event experience.  

​

• Threw a premiere screening party for The Real Housewives of Dallas, in conjunction with Bravo.  Secured venue, caterer and handled guest management

• Supported NCC Media's annual upfronts in multiple cities with more than 300+ guest list in each city.  Responsibilities included scouting venues, invitation management, talent management and on-site logistics 

• Developed and helped manage Lifetime Entertainments VIP events such as concerts, talent appearances, upfronts and affiliate activations 

• Coordinated experiential VIP affiliate trips.  Responsibilities included invitation management, welcome reception, activity coordination and travel

• Developed, organized and activated in-market promotional parties and coordinated press

• Program managed numerous San Diego Padres client parties 

• Led community events with local talent giving attendees access and opportunities for meet and greets 

• Planned, promoted and activated many listener parties for two radio stations that attracted 200+ people at each event

• Hosted hundreds of live radio remotes and organized talent appearances
